Damon has been active in the Pacific Northwest Firearms Industry and Competition Shooting Community for 20 years.

He is a Certified NRA Instructor and Range Officer, a Firearms Academy of Seattle Defensive Handgun Master, Certified International Defensive Pistol Association Safety Officer and Certified Action Shooting International Range Officer. Damon is the Lead Firearms Instructor at Norpoint Shooting Center and has been an instructor at Norpoint for 9 years.
